 Billing Questions

What are the steps for making payment through bank-in method?

  1. Goto our order page here.
  2. Choose "Bank Transfer" payment method.
  3. Once in the form screen, fill up your details and select Monthly (30days), Quarterly (90days), Half-yearly (180days) or Yearly (1 year) account to buy or renew.
  4. Submit the form and wait for our "pre-payment invoice" email which we will sent to your registered email address in the form. Check also spam folder sometime it ends up there.
  5. Follow that email for instructions on making payment with details of our Maybank account.
  6. Once payment is confirmed, your Rapidshare new premium account or renewal will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Usually it's less than 6 hours.

 

What is the meaning of "billing cycle"?

The billing cycle is based on your selection of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly payment when you purchase your Premium Account. This will allow our automated billing system to send you a "reminder" payment when your account is nearing expiry.

If you make the payment, your account will be extended accordingly without you needing to fill-up any forms again.

If you ignore it and do not make any payment, your account will be archived after 5 days of expiry. Or you could just email us and let us know you do not wish to continue.

 

Does the auto-billing or auto-renewal mean I will be charged automatically?

No.

With direct bank-in, there is no way for anyone to charge your account directly or automatically.

With Paypal, you will need to check the "Use subscription" box in the sign-up form for automatic renewal.

The auto-billing is meant for our billing system to automatically remind you when your account is expiring soon. This will allow us to contact you for renewal before it expires to allow uninterrupted service for you.

 

In the order form, what does some of these fields means?

RapidShare ID (renewal) - For renewal of Premium account for existing users. Fill up your ID number if you want to renew existing ID.

Coupon Code - consist of letters or numbers used to identify some sort of offer or discount promotions. Fill up only is you have a "coupon code". Otherwise leave it empty.

Account Password - this is NOT your rapidshare premium account password. It is password for logon into our billing system. With this billing system, you can logon and view your account details and status. Even make payment if you are paying using Paypal or Credit Cards.
